how do i go about to oral sex?

okay so my bf and i have had sex. he has never brought it up that he wants oral sex, but he has joked around like he wants it, kind of hinting me. i have heard that men go crazy for it. my bf's birthday is today and i wanted to surprise him with it. but i dont know how i would start, at bringing it up. or how he would react if i went down on him with out saying anything. do you think he would like it?

I think he would be pleasantly surprised if you just went down on him without saying anything. Unzip his pants and just go for it! Have FUN!!!
